Seeking a Customer Service Representative at Nitro Trailers
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work at Nitro Trailers. Duties to include but are not limited to: Answering Phones, Office Assistant, Responding to Customer Inquiries, Resolving Customer Issues, Maintaining Customer Records, Escalating Inquiries, Providing Feedback, Building Relationships, and Logistic/Freight Coordination.

What qualifies me for this position? Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CSR, strong communication and organizational skills, logistics/freight experience, great attention to detail, ability to multitask, and the ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of our product.
