Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in a production environment. This role requires effective leadership skills to manage a team, optomize production workflows and maintain high-quality standards.

Duties:

Supervise daily operations on the production floor ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet output targets.

Train, mentor and evaluate team members on proper use of hand tools, power tools and machinery

Implement efficient assembly line processes and oversee the fabrication of products as per specifications

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and industry standards

Skills:

Experience working in a factory or assembly setting with a solid understanding of assembly line operations

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in Monitoring production quality

Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and management

Experience/Qualifications:

3 years Supervisory Experience Required

3 years Trailer Assembly Preferred

Experience managing workflows, training new hires, setting expectations, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment

What position are you applying for?*

Welding - Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding on aluminum, able to work in a team environment.

Parts Cutter - Working safely with a table saw, cutting aluminum stock to length, proficient with measurements and angles and use of other hand cutting tools.

Trailer Prep - Scuffing, sanding, wiping, priming, taping, screwing down decks. Use of basic hand & powertools.Click here for video example.

Trailer Finishing - Assembling trailers after the frames and structures are welded, able to work in a team environment, proficient with using power hand tools and measurements, carpentry skills, use of shears and brakes with sheet metal, following assembly steps in a systematic order.

Production Supervisor - At least three years experience in Supervisory role with Trailer Assembly preferred. Manageing workflows, training new hires, setting expectations, resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.
