We are seeking a Trailer Prep & Finish worker on our trailer assembly line.

We are seeking a Trailer Prep & Finish work at Nitro Trailers. Duties to include but are not limited to: * Applying finishing touches to trailers, ensuring they meet our quality standards * Installing decals and other required materials with precision and attention to detail * Inspecting trailers for any damages or imperfections and reporting them promptly * Collaborating with the production team to maintain the flow of work and meet deadlines * Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) All tools will be provided. What qualifies me for this position? * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar manual labor position, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting * Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work * Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

What position are you applying for?*

Welding - Proficiency in MIG & TIG welding on aluminum, able to work in a team environment

Welding Assistant - Scrubbing welds, drilling holes, help with trailer setup, on the job training. No prior experience required.

Parts Cutter - Working safely with a table saw, cutting aluminum stock to length, proficient with measurements and angles and use of other hand cutting tools.

Trailer Prep - Scuffing, sanding, wiping, priming, taping, screwing down decks. Use of basic hand & powertools.Click here for video example.

Door Builders / Laborers - Detailed building of all trailer doors and ramps. Drilling, measuring, cutting, using power tools, doing quality trim work.

Trailer Finishing - Assembling trailers after the frames and structures are welded, able to work in a team environment, proficient with using power hand tools and measurements, carpentry skills, use of shears and brakes with sheet metal, following assembly steps in a systematic order.

Material Handler/Forklift - Loading & Unloading trucks, proficient in forklift operations, plowing and yard maintenance.

Shop Assistant - Entry level position, able to do odd jobs around the shop when asked as well as making an effort to find areas of cleaning or improvement.
