If you own a Nitro Trailers product, we want to thank you for your purchase of one of our products! Below is our Warranty Policies and Statement for Nitro Trailer Original Purchasers only. This LIMITED WARRANTY covers only the Original Purchaser of a Nitro Trailer. Registration must be received within 30 days of purchase or Warranty is limited to only 1 year.
NITRO TRAILERS 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty covers defects in the workmanship and materials utilized in the construction of a Nitro Trailer. This warranty ensures that any workmanship defects from the factory within the first 5 years of ownership, will be rectified to new or like new condition at no charge to the consumer, given that the trailer was not abused beyond what it was intended to do, and was properly maintained and serviced.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This limited warranty does not cover scheduled maintenance (including but not limited to lubrication.) Towing, shipping, and/or postage charges are not covered. Problems that are caused by an automobile accident or collision are not covered. Any problems that are caused by neglect, improper installation, improper maintenance, alteration, overloading, abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as flood, hail, wind, lightning, etc.) are not covered. Any problems caused by adding component parts, adjustment of component parts or the trailer, or any other changes made to component parts or the trailer that do not comply with Nitro Trailers specifications are not covered. Any problems caused by environmental damage, including but not limited to: airborne fallout, chemicals, tree sap, salt, ocean spray, or road or water hazards are not covered. Subject to any warranties that may be extended by the manufacturers of component parts, component parts are not covered by Nitro Trailers. Many of the component parts have a separate warranty such as Axle(s), Tires and Wheels. “Component Parts” include but are not limited to: lights, wood, axles, tires, wire harnesses, couplers, hubs, brakes, brake parts, bearings and seals, and other parts.
WHAT TO DO IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG?
If something goes wrong with your trailer, please contact the dealer in which the trailer was purchased from, or the closest dealer to you, with a copy of your original receipt of purchase. Your dealer will inspect the trailer and determine if the problem(s) are covered by warranty. In no way should the customer contact the factory direct! A decision will be made if the warranty can be carried out by the dealer, or if it must go back to the factory. Nitro Trailers does not perform any repairs at the factory that are not warranty related. If a trailer should go back to the manufacturing facility, the customer/dealer are responsible for any shipping and towing costs.
